Boys’ Volleyball Team Strives for Success in the League

River City’s volleyball team comes together during the game. Max Polevoi seems to be tired from the energy he has put in so far.

At River City High School, the volleyball season for boys has started and even though they are currently struggling, they are still determined to do better. The boys are working hard on their skills and try their best each and every day. When watching them practice, you can see the energy and the pleasant look on their faces. Since the boys are limited in this sport, the coach is allowing girls from the JV team to come in and practice with the boys to help them out.  As a team every member contributes and improves on their volleyball skills, progressing through the league. Coach Box, the head coach, is proud of his team and how hard they work even though their team is small. He treats volleyball like a family and he wants his family to succeed as they play through the season. The season has only begun and it’s very obvious that this team is going places.
